Booking & Deposits - A deposit is required to secure your appointment. - All services are customized and reserved specifically for you. 2. Cancellation Notice - I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. - This allows me to offer your time slot to another client on the waitlist. 3. Late Cancellation & No-Shows - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. - This helps compensate for the time and resources allocated for your reserved treatment. 4. Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate and find an alternative time for you. 5. Non-Transferable Services - Appointments and paid services are non-transferable. - This means you may not gift, transfer, or give away your appointment or package to another individual, even if you are unable to attend. - However, you may book and pay for someone else, as long as the appointment is scheduled under their name. This ensures I have the correct client intake information and can tailor the treatment specifically to their skin. - Every client’s skin is unique and treatments are tailored to each person’s specific needs. Late Arrivals - If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next guest. - If you’re more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation policy.
