Cancellation Policy
At Pretty Soul Esthetics, I value your time and commitment to your skincare and beauty needs. To provide the best service and accommodate all clients, please be mindful of the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice:
-A deposit is required to schedule your appointment
- I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- This allows me to offer the appointment time to another client who may be on the waiting list.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
- Appointment canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be subject to 20%.
- This fee helps compensate for the time and resources allocated for your scheduled appointment.
3. Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative.
